INFORMAZIONI AI SENSI DELL’ART. 13 – 14 DEL REG. UE N. 679/2016 (“GDPR”)
Questa Informativa descrive quali dei tuoi dati personali sono raccolti da Brand-Cross S.r.l., per quali finalità e con quali modalità sono trattati. Di seguito troverai anche le informazioni necessarie per esercitare i tuoi diritti previsti dal GDPR.
In generale, raccogliamo i tuoi dati quando navighi sul sito www.ilmondodileonft.it di seguito “Sito”) e quando ci contatti tramite il Sito oppure quando interagisci con noi tramite le nostre pagine social su Instagram, Twitter, Facebook e LinkedIn (di seguito “Pagine Social”). Ti informiamo che i dati personali raccolti durante tali processi saranno trattati secondo quanto indicato di seguito.

1. Chi tratta i tuoi dati: titolare del trattamento
Brand-Cross S.r.l., con sede in Milano, Via Medici 13, Italy, C.F. e P.IVA 09098450969, info@brand-cross.com (di seguito “Brand Cross” e “Titolare”) è titolare del trattamento dei tuoi dati personali.
Limitatamente ai dati raccolti tramite le nostre Pagine Social, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook e LinkedIn sono contitolari del trattamento dei tuoi dati personali, come pubblicati nell’ambito delle piattaforme stesse. Per maggiori informazioni ti preghiamo di prendere visione della loro informativa privacy.

2. Quali dati trattiamo – Tipologia di dati trattati
I tuoi dati di contatto. Conserviamo le informazioni che ci fornisci (ad esempio, dati di contatto, nome e cognome) quando ci contatti tramite il Sito oppure quando ci contatti tramite le nostre Pagine Social, attraverso i commenti pubblici o attraverso messaggi privati.
Informazioni sull’uso del Sito e sulle tue attività sul Sito. Il tuo utilizzo del Sito implica il trattamento da parte del Titolare di dati sul browser e dispositivo che stai utilizzando e del tuo indirizzo IP (questo è il numero che identifica uno specifico dispositivo su internet e che è necessario affinché il tuo dispositivo possa comunicare con i siti). 4. Perché e per quanto tempo trattiamo i tuoi dati – Finalità e base giuridica del trattamento dei dati; periodo di conservazione
a) Per dare riscontro alle tue richieste raccolte tramite il Sito e le Pagine Social. La base giuridica di questo trattamento è l’esecuzione di un contratto di cui l’interessato è parte oppure l’esecuzione di obblighi precontrattuali ed il periodo di conservazione è pari al tempo necessario per dare seguito alle richieste dell’interessato.
b) Per prevenire o controllare condotte illecite o per proteggere e far valere diritti. Potremo usare i tuoi dati per prevenire la violazione dei propri diritti di proprietà intellettuale (ad esempio contraffazione dei marchi nostri e/o dei nostri partner) o furti o altri illeciti, secondo quanto concesso dalla normativa applicabile.
La base giuridica di tale trattamento è il legittimo interesse del Titolare. Il periodo di conservazione dei tuoi dati è pari al tempo ragionevolmente necessario a far valere i nostri diritti dal momento in cui veniamo a conoscenza dell’illecito o della sua potenziale commissione.

5. Natura del conferimento dei dati personali
Per la finalità a) e b) di cui al paragrafo precedente, il conferimento dei dati è necessario.

6. Dove sono trattati i tuoi dati – trasferimento dei dati
I dati saranno trattati e conservati presso gli uffici ed i sistemi informatici del Titolare. Esclusivamente per quanto concerne i dati raccolti sulle nostre Pagine Social, gli stessi saranno conservati sulle suddette piattaforme, ossia Instagram, Twitter, Facebook e LinkedIn, secondo le policy privacy di questi ultimi che ti invitiamo a consultare.

7. Con chi condividiamo i tuoi dati – destinatari dei dati personali
Fermo restando che, laddove richiesto dalla legge, otterremo il tuo preventivo consenso ed espleteremo eventuali formalità richieste dalla legge stessa, potremo condividere i tuoi dati con i seguenti soggetti terzi (anche in qualità di responsabili del trattamento):
Nostri fornitori di servizi Potremmo condividere i tuoi dati personali con soggetti terzi in modo che gli stessi possano prestarci dei servizi che opereranno quali responsabili del trattamento e con i quali concluderemo un accordo conforme all’art. 28 GDPR volto a tutelare i tuoi dati. Questi soggetti entrano in possesso solo dei dati necessari per l’espletamento delle loro funzioni e possono utilizzarli solamente al fine di eseguire tali servizi per nostro conto o per adempiere a norme di legge. Puoi conoscere l’elenco completo di tali responsabili del trattamento ai sensi dell’art. 28 GDRPR scrivendo al Titolare agli indirizzi sopra indicati.
Laddove permesso o richiesto dalla legge, possiamo anche condividere i dati personali richiesti da un ente governativo o da altro soggetto o organizzazione autorizzato al fine di proteggere o esercitare i diritti suoi o di terze parti, o al fine di limitare o evitare frodi ed altri illeciti.

8. Minori
Il Sito non è destinato ai minori di 18 anni, ma è destinato ad un pubblico adulto. Se sei un genitore o chi ne fa le veci e pensi che tuo figlio ci abbia trasmesso dei dati, puoi contattarci.

9. Misure di sicurezza
Adottiamo le misure di sicurezza richieste dalla legge.

11. I tuoi diritti

Potremmo apportare delle modifiche alla nostra privacy policy. Ti avviseremo in relazione a tali modifiche come previsto dalla legge. Pubblicheremo anche una versione aggiornata sul Sito. This notice describes which of your personal data is collected by Brand-Cross S.r.l., for what purposes and how they are processed. You will also find the information necessary to exercise your rights under GDPR.

In general, we collect your data when you browse the site www.ilmondodileonft.it (hereinafter “Site“) and when you contact  us through the Site or when you interact with us through our social pages on Instagram,  Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn (hereinafter “Social Pages“). We inform you that the personal data collected during these processes will be processed as set out above.

1. Who processes your data: Data Controller

Brand-Cross S.r.l., having its registered office in Milano, Via Medici 13, Italy, Italian tax registration number and Italian VAT number 09098450969, info@brand-cross.com (hereinafter “Brand Cross” and “Data Controller”) is the data controller of your personal data.

Limited to the data collected through our Social Pages, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn are joint controllers of the processing of your personal data, as published within the platforms themselves. For more information, please read their privacy policy.

2. What data we process – Type of data processed

Your contact data.  We will retain the contact information you provide (for example, contact details, first and last name) when you contact us through the Site or when you contact us through our Social Pages, through public comments or through private messages.

Information about your use of the Site and your activities on the Site. Your use of the Site implies the processing by the Data Controller of data on the browser and device you are using and your IP address (this is the number that identifies a specific device on the internet and that is necessary for your device to communicate with the sites). We will be able to analyze from which site you came and what actions you have taken on the site.

3. Where we get your data – Data collection method

Directly from you. For example, if when you contact us through the Site or by email, you ask us a question through the Social Pages.

4. Why and how long we process your data for – Purpose and legal basis for data processing; retention period

For the purposes of subparagraphs a) and b) referred to in the previous paragraph, the provision of data is necessary.

6. Where your data is processed – data transfer

Data will be processed and stored at the offices and computer systems of the Data Controller. Exclusively regarding the data collected on our Social Pages, the same will be stored on the aforementioned platforms, namely Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, according to the privacy policies of the latter that we invite you to consult.

7. Who we share your data with – personal data recipients

On the understanding that, where required by law, we will obtain your prior consent and carry out any formalities required by the law, we may share your data with the following third parties (acting as data processors):

Our service providers We may share your personal data with third parties so that they can provide us with services that will operate as data processors and with whom we will conclude an agreement in accordance with art. 28 GDPR aimed at protecting your data. These parties will only process data strictly necessary perform their functions and may use these data only for the purpose of providing services on our behalf or to comply with law. Where permitted or required by law, we may also share the data requested by a government body or by another authorized third party or organization for the purpose of protecting or exercising our rights or those of third parties, or for the purpose of limiting or preventing fraud or other illegal activities.

You can contact the Data Controller to request access to your personal data, modify it, delete it or limit its processing, to oppose its processing, and to request the portability of your data; you can also withdraw your consent at any time (this will not prejudice the lawfulness of the processing on the basis of the consent granted prior to the withdrawal).

When you exercise the right of access, you have the right to know whether your data is currently being processed, what the purpose of the processing is, what categories of data are being processed, who the recipients or categories of recipients of your data are (and, if they reside in a third country, what guarantees this transfer is based on), the retention period of your data (or the criteria for determining the retention period), whether automated processing is being carried out (for example through profiling), what the reason of the processing is, and the origin of the data (when not initially collected by us).

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority and, at any time, to ask the Data Controller for information about the data processors and parties that are authorized by the Data Controller to process your data.

You can also exercise your rights, in relation to the processing of personal data carried out through our Social Pages, by contacting Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn as provided in the respective privacy policies.

12. What happens if we change this privacy policy

We may make changes to our privacy policy. We will notify you of such changes as required by law. We will also post an updated version on the Site. It will have a different date than the one indicated below. Please check the Site periodically for updates.
